Bangla will handover ULFA chief Anup Chetia

New Delhi, Feb 19: Bangladesh has agreed with India to handover ULFA founder Anup Chetia, who is in Bangladeshi jail since 1996. The countries have mutually agreed on the handover but the formalities of how to handover is not yet decided.
