Ramalinga Raju, former Chairman and Founder of Satyam Computers Services Ltd and his brother Rama Raju were granted bail by the Supreme Court on Nov 4, 2011 in the multi-crore accounting fraud.

New Delhi, Oct 21: Satyam founder B Ramalinga Raju and his brother B Rama Raju, arrested in connection with the multi-crore accounting fraud involving the IT firm, will have to remain in jail during Diwali as the Supreme Court today (Oct 21) refused to give them interim relief saying they have delayed in approaching it.

The apex court, however, agreed to give an early hearing to their pleas and issued notice to CBI for November 3, after the Diwali break.

New Delhi, Oct 26: On a Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) plea, the Supreme Court on Tuesday, Oct 26 cancelled the bail granted by the Andhra Pradesh High Court to six Satyam scam accused, including B Ramalinga Raju.

Besides cancelling the bail, the apex court has directed the six accused, namely Satyam Computer founder B Ramalinga Raju, his brother B Rama Raju, former CFO V Srinivas, abnd ex-employees of the IT firm G Ramakrishna, Venkatapathi Raju and Ch Srisailam to surrender by.....

Satyam scam: Raju visits CBI court for questioning

Hyderabad, Oct 5: After getting discharge from NIMS hospital, the prime accused of Satyam scam, Ramalinga Raju finally visited the CBI court for the first time on Tuesday, Oct 5.

The Andhra Pradesh High Court granted Raju's bail on the condition that he has to appear before the court daily but he was relieved from that condition as he was under treatment for Hepatitis C.

Satyam scam: Raju discharged from hospital

Hyderabad, Oct 2: The former chairman of Satyam Computers and the main accused of Rs 14,000-crore accounting fraud, Ramalinga Raju on Oct 2 has been released from hospital.

Raju was under treatment for hepatitis C in Nizam Institute of Medical Sciences for the last ten months.

According the hospital sources, Raju requested the hospital authorities to discharge him on Oct 1.
