New Delhi, Dec 6: Rubbishing allegations that former Telecom Minister A Raja did not want to move bail as he felt safer in jail, his counsel said that Raja was only waiting for the right time to move bail.
Suhil Kumar, Senior Advocate said that they would move bail only after the Delhi High Court decides the fate of former Telecom Secretary Sidharth Behura.
