This website is no more alive.

The declaration of Rs 7000 crore fraudulence by Ramalinga Raju in Satyam, for these long years have sent shock waves to the IT industry. He stated in the letter submitted along with the resignation to board members and SEBI that "no board member was aware of this fraudulent balance sheet".

After the declaration of fraudulence, the board members were badly hit by this news. Apart from the board members, the employees of Satyam werehe worst hit.
