Names of 22 Ind states which see blackout after grid failure

New Delhi, Jul 31: Half of the nation plunged to darkness when the Northern and Eastern grid collapsed again on Tuesday, Jul 31, the second time in the last two days. Almost 600 million people faced severe hardship over the biggest power failure in the country.

Total 22 states including 9 from North India, 6 from East India and 7 from North-East India were affected over the power failure. The names of all 22 states have been mentioned below:
