Tirunelveli (TN),Feb 7: An All India Women's Kabbadi tournament will be held here from February 24-27. The matches will be conducted on knock-out basis upto the quarterfinals, D Shanmuganathan, Sports Officer of Manomaniam Sundaranar University, which is organising the tournament, told reporters here today.
The tournament is planned to be held on the eve of Chief Minister Jayalalithaa's birthday. About 28 teams from Universities all over the country will take part.
