New Delhi, Oct 16: Speak Asia controversy, the online survey company which is at the centre of a huge scam will come up for hearing on Monday, Oct 17 before the Supreme Court.
Many investors have also approached the court and expressed their faith in the firm asking the government agencies to remove the accounts of these firms.
"We are saying that if the company wants to return our funds, they must be allowed to do so," said Solomon James.
"We have always maintained that we have been making attempts and will continue to make attempts to fulfill all our obligations towards the panelist," said Speak Asia CEO Manoj Kumar.
The Speak Asia scam was brought to light by Kirit Somaiya, BJP leader, Maharashtra leader. The Singapore based company claimed to carry out online surveys for popular brands in India, which was later denied by some of the brands.
Speak Asia asked investors to join with Rs 11,000 and promised all the investors Rs 52,000 annually in return for conducting online surveys for the website which led to the arrest of Tarak Bajpayee, COO, Speak Asia.
Meanwhile, the government agencies are trying hard to find out the source of funding for the company but in vain.
