Bhopal, Jul 7: Digvijay Singh gives statements to make headlines in media, said Chief Minister, Shivraj Singh Chouhan after Digvijay claimed that the ministers in the state were employing black money in chit fund companies.
"I do not reply to his remarks. He gives such statements to make headlines in the media but there is no substance to it," said Chouhan.
He further said that there was "no substance" to what the ex-Chief Minister was saying.
"The black money of several state ministers is being used in the chit fund companies of Madhya Pradesh to make it white," Digvijay Singh had said citing the Central Bureau of Investigation investigation into 34 chit fund companies which were operating both in and out of the state.
The Ex-chief Minister was attending a ceremony at the Raj Rajeshwari temple, where the present Chief Minister Chouhan was also present.
