"Congress should not play politics over a matter which isin the courts. It is indulging in communal polarisation andtrying to break the unity between the two communities.
Congress has always believed in ruling through a policy ofdivide and rule," BJP spokesperson Shahnawaz Hussain said.
The CBI moved the Supreme Court today challenging anAllahabad High Court order that dropped charges of criminalconspiracy against top BJP leaders including L K Advani andMurli Manohar Joshi in the Babri Masjid demolition case.
In its appeal, the agency said that the High Court hadnot come to the right conclusion and the charges of criminalconspiracy should be restored against them.
