"We are looking at China and Latin America and plan toset up two centres there in the next fiscal (FY 12)," HindujaGlobal Solutions'' CEO, Partha De Sarkar, told PTI here today.
The one in China would be a 500-seater while the one inLatin America would be a smaller one with about 300-seats, hesaid.
"There is a good demand across the board in both theseregions and we intend to capitalise on this," he said.
The Hinduja group company provides outsourcing solutionsthat include back office processing, contact center servicesand customised ITES solutions to its global clientelecomprising several Fortune 500 companies.
The company will be setting up a centre in thePhilippines (1,000-seats) in the first quarter of the nextfiscal at an investment of around Rs 20-crore.
Within India, it will be opening a centre at Siliguri inQ1 next fiscal which will be a 500-seater, Sarkar said. (MORE)PTI JJ VKV
On acquisitions, Sarkar said that the company was interested in mid-sized deals (of around USD 20-million) inthe CRM space. However, he declined to disclose any details.
The company has fared well in Q3 FY 11, he said, adding"going forward, our margins will improve as the businessclimate is improving globally."
The company clocked a consolidated revenue of Rs286.99-crore in Q3 FY 11 as against Rs 222.54-crore in theyear-ago period, up 28.9 per cent. Its consolidated PAT in thereporting quarter declined to Rs 28-crore as against Rs30.19-crore in the year-ago period.
"However, on a sequential basis, our consolidated PAT wasup 10.5 per cent as compared to Rs 25.3-crore in Q2 FY 11,"Sarkar said.
