Bengaluru, Feb 6 (PTI) Defending champion SChikkarangappa held his nerve to fight back from a massivesix-hole deficit to outlast Pritam Haridas in the marathon110th edition of the All India Amateur Golf Championshipsfinal here today.

Chikka, who last year became the youngest All IndiaAmateur, retained the title by winning 3 and 2 on the 34thhole after a sizzling back nine in the afternoon.

He thus became only the fifth Indian and fifth player towin back-to-back All India Amateur titles in post-IndependenceIndia.
