The party said that merely condemning or expressingconcern over such tragic episodes is not sufficient. "It isduty of the state government to arrest all culpritsimmediately without further delay to restore confidence amongmasses."

The party said that "it is of grave concern that humanright activists are not coming out of their caves to condemnbrutal incident.

"Militants are killers, killers and killers only, without any ideology and sympathy for humanity," Arora said.

Meanwhile, the BJP condemned the statement of UnionHealth Minister Ghulam Nabi Azad in which he had said that anRSS man was responsible for Mahatama Gandhi''s assassination.

"After assassination of Gandhi a commission, which wasconstituted to inquire into the incident, had said that therewere no links of RSS with Gandhi''s killing," former statepresident of BJP and member of National Executive Nirmal Singhsaid.
