Adarsh: Key papers missing; will affect CBI probe

Maharashtra map
Mumbai, Nov 28: The controversies happened all over the country and the resignation of former Maharashtra Chief Minister Ashok Chavan have not yet threatened 'thieves' to steal the key documents dealing with the Adarsh Society scam from the Urban Development department.

Maharashtra police said on Saturday, Nov 27 that some key papers from Adarsh Housing Society files have gone missing from the Urban Development department.

"We have registered a first information report against unknown persons," Cherring Dorje, Deputy Commissioner of Police, Zone I said.

Police officials added that the missing papers include a note-sheet which had remarks and signatures of all the authorities who went through and signed the file.

Meanwhile, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) accused Conress government over the missing documents. BJP leaders said that Maharashtra government was trying to hide the Adarsh documents to protect its leaders.

“The Maharashtra government is trying to brush the issue under the carpet. Not just Ashok Chavan, but other big names are involved," said BJP
spokesperson Shahnawaz Hussain.

Missing of the key documents will affect the ongoing Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) investigation to Adarsh Housing Society scam.

When thieves are caught by the tail (complaints made by conscientious people), they escape by the head (vital documents removed by the thieves themselves, complaining about the "thefts") !!! PUT THE THIEVES BEHIND BARS, NO PROOFS NEEDED WEN THE PAPERS ARE MISSING, SINCE THE MISSIING is THE PROOF.

It is expected that all relevant papers will be removed by the culprits in which three former CMs are involved. This is Congress culture who are responsible for propagating rampant corruption in the country.Thereafter ,they are protecting all culprits. This is the reason as to why Raja & Kalmadi are still roaming freely.
