Illegal occupation: M Ambani's house under scanner

Mukesh Ambani
Mumbai, Nov 21: The much hyped new 27- storeyed palatial home, Antilia, of Reliance Industries chairman Mukesh Ambani, came under the Central Vigilance Commission (CVC) scanner.

The probe has been initiated for the alleged illegal occupation of Waqf property totaling 4,532 square meter.

According the CVC sources, the investigation body asked that Maharashtra government to provide minute details about Ambani's new mansion in Mumbai caused between $ 1 billion and $ 2 billion.

Rejecting to comment on the recent investigation, Reliance spokesperson, however, stated that the property did not belong to the Maharashtra Waqf Board and that the owner of the property was properly compensated at the time of purchase.

M Ambani is not the richest. What he wanted to show to the world by spending colossal amount on this property. His ego might have been satisfied to own the costliest villa at the expense of millions who will curse him for this glitzy waste of resources when they can't get a day's meal.

I Pity these Organisations who make a big hue and cry only after everything is complete. Where and what was this Maharastra WAQF board doing during the initial construction stages, The building was not constructed overnight!!! Now that it is complete these greedy people want to claim their land which is clear that they just want to loot some money openly from Mr.Mukesh Ambani. I wish the honest gets the best out of this argument.
