Helsinki, Oct 14: World's most popular handset maker, Nokia has announced the launch of a new affordable touchscreen mobile C5 on Thursday, Oct 14.
The new Nokia C5-03 has a 3.2-inch (360x640) resistive touchscreen and 5 megapixel camera at the rear part. Nokia C5-03 has an internal memory of 40MB and can be extended upto 16GB using micro SD card. Nokia offers 2GB memory card with the phone.
The 3G enabled Nokia C5-03 will support WiFi, HSDPA (10.2Mbps) and HSUPA (2Mbps), Bluetooth and A-GPS along with free Ovi Maps support. This phone will run on Symbian^1 version operating system.
Nokia claimed that 1000mAh battery on the phone will provide 25 days of standby, 11.5 hours of talk time and 35 hours of music playback. Nokia C5-03 is expected to hit the Indian market by end of 2010 and will be priced around Rs 10,700.
