New York, Sep 23: The Korean based electronics manufacturer LG has launched its latest multimedia QWERTY mobile, C300 Town, in United States.
The C300 Town has a 2.4-inch screen with 320x240 pixels resolution. The features include 2 megapixel camera and dedicated Twitter, Facebook and MSN applications.
It also has a FM radio, push mail serevice and an MP3 player that supports MP3, AAC, AAC+ formats.The rounded type keys resemble a BlackBerry phone. The connectivity options include Bluetooth, USB 2.0 and 3.5mm headphone jacket. However it lacks 3G and Wi-Fi options. C300 Town will cost $180 in United States. The availability and the price in Indian market is not yet confirmed.
"We wanted to make social networking quick and easy for busy people on the go, and the LG C300 Town with integrated SNS widgets and a full QWERTY keyboard does just that," said Paul Trueman, UK marketing director for LG Electronics in a statement.
