Samsung to launch smartphone Fascinate on Sep 8

New York, Sep 7: Samsung announced the launch of the latest Galaxy S smartphone, Samsung Fascinate, which will be available online on Wednesday, Sep 8.

Samsung Fascinate is powered with Google Android 2.1 and Samsung 1 GHz Cortex A8 Hummingbird Application Processor. It refines customers' social networking experiences with its Super AMOLED screen technology and advanced touch screen capabilities.

It's virtual QWERTY keyboard features SWYPE technology. The new Samsung 'Desk Home' application allows customers to switch brightness levels from day to night and provides one-touch access to Samsung Widgets and Bing Voice Search.

The Samsung Fascinate has 5 megapixel camera with LED flash, auto focus, smile detection and can capture 1280x720 (720p HD) videos. The 3G ready phone also has FM radio, MPEG4 and DivX support and the connectivity options include Bluetooth, WiFi and 3.5 headphone jacket.
