New technology to give more voice clarity on phone

London, Sep 3: Orange, the fifth largest telecom operator in the world, launches a new technology that improves voice clarity on mobile phones by filtering out unwanted sounds.

The new technology, High Definition (HD) Voice, will reduce the background noise and hisses that often disturb mobile phone calls and offer users 'crystal clear' sound.

Orange claimed that the new technology will help the users who frequently make calls from trains and noisy workplaces. The firm also claims that HD voice is able to 'eliminate the perceived distance between callers making it easier to hear the emotions in people"s voices".
