Sony plans to launch 3D Vaio laptop in 2011

California, Sep 2: The Japan based consumer electronics giant, Sony, announced it's plan to launch new 3D laptops.

The Sony plans to launch the 3D Vaio laptops in early 2011. During the press conference in IFA, the leading trade show for consumer electronics and home appliances, Sony announced it's plan of 3D laptop. Sony also displayed a proto type of the 3D Vaio laptop.

The 3D Vaio prototype on display had a 16-inch screen. Sony claimed that its 3D laptops will feature extremely fast-response LCD screens displaying up to 240fps, giving a better 3D imaging than competing products already on the market.

Sony officials also told that Vaio 3D laptops will use similar 3D tech to Sony Bravia TVs. It also uses Sony's 'Black Frame Insertion' which gives the viewer extra clear and super sharp results, by inserting black frames between colour images to separate them.

The new 3D laptop will have a one-touch 2D to 3D switch, a Blu-ray drive and offers the ability to upscale from 2D to 3D.

R u mad.??? its not the cheapest laptop.. go read books man.. and ppl if u looking for a good 3d laptop go for asus g53 jw... its around one lacks n top end features
