Muzzarffanagar (UP), Aug 30: Three unidentified assailants took turns to stab a Class 11 student on school campus here on Monday, Aug 30 and managed to flee.
The victim, identified as Shobit Kumar, was stabbed several times in the National Inter College, police said, informing that the student did not make it out alive as he died on the way to hospital.
"We are yet to ascertain the motive behind the crime and establish the identity of the three assailants, who had their faces covered while committing the crime," said Superintendent of Police (Rural) Raju Babu.
"Teams have been constituted to nab the miscreants. We believe that other than the three men, more people could be involved in the murder," added Babu.
Eyewitnesses said that the three miscreants stabbed Shobit one by one before fleeing the scene on a motorcycle, parked outside the campus.
