Jet Airways plane escapes 'bad nose' mishap

Ahmedabad, Jul 23: Jet Airways flight with fifty-seven passengers and four crew members had escaped a major accident at Ahmedabad airport on Thursday, Jul 22.

According to DNA, the plane had suffered a nose wheel breakdown during landing.

The fATR aircraft, flight number 2510, was coming from Indore to Ahmedabad and was scheduled to land at Ahmedabad airport at 8:54 pm on Jul 22.

As the daily reported, no passenger was injured. But the aircraft got stuck on the runway which affected movement of lanes.

"The nose wheel of the aircraft suffered a breakdown, which caused this incident. We are trying to ascertain the exact cause of the mishap," said airport director Anuj Aggarwal.

According to airline sources, the hydraulic brake of the aircraft got jammed due to rain, which was the reason for the incident.

Its a pity that people like Mr. Rajapandi thinks this way , cause had it been anyone from his family a near or dear one , he would not have commented in such a way. And there are more pratical and sensible ways of controlling India's poplulation. There is a very good goverment working on it.

Its a pity that nobody was killed, because India definitely requires its population to decrease to undo what its government is doing.
