London, July 08 (ANI): Aussie singer Peter Andre feared that he was having a heart attack after he collapsed in agony on Wednesday.

It is believed that Andre went out for a 5.30am run before slumping to the ground in agony.

An onlooker helped Peter to get back to his house, where his brother Mike called an ambulance.

"Pete was doing his usual morning run round the private estate where he lives when he felt a crippling pain," the Sun quoted a pal as saying.

"He screamed out in agony and crumpled to the ground clutching his chest. He thought he was having a heart attack.

Paramedics found that the 37-year-old had injured muscles in his chest.
