Nova Navigator, new all in one computing system

New Delhi, Jul 7: MTNL and Novatium launched MTNL Nova Navigator Service, which can be used for both internet access and computing applications, for the MTML broadband subscribers in Delhi and Mumbai.

MTNL Nova Navigator is an 'obsolescence proof computing service", with all manageability carried out centrally through the server, where the subscriber would automatically get on air upgrades totally free of cost from anywhere across the world.

MTNL Nova Navigator is a cooperative product from MTNL which provides high speed broadband and Novatium Solutions Private Limited, a company with a vision to provide relevant, simple and affordable computing for the next billion.

MTNL Nova Navigator is a zero maintenance access device and is easy to plug and play with the comfort at your home or office. It supports Linux and Windows Operating systems.

Nova Navigator has an option of storing data files either internally or externally or at the server end. It also offers enhanced features such as 3G support, plug and play printer support, faster browsing and multimedia amongst others.

Nova Navigator will help MTNL to expand high speed broadband market with the unique computing services in India.

Internet subscribers increase by 8.03 per cent

New Delhi, July 6: Internet subscriber base at the end of quarter was 9.27 million as compared to 8.58 million during the preceding quarter registering an impressive growth of 8.03 per cent. Internet subscribers at the end of March 2007, who are accessing Internet through mobile handset (GSM/ CDMA) stood at 31.30 million. Free roaming for mobile customers by RComm

New Delhi, Jun 1: Responding to zero roaming for the first 300 minutes (5 hours) offered by state-run BSNL and MTNL, private telecom operator Reliance Communications (RComm) today launched 900 minutes (15 hours) free roaming for its post-paid customers with immediate effect. RComm subscribers will get 900 minutes free talk time per month on the 'India Roam Free Plan 990', including 400 minutes of free local calling. A nominal charge of 50 paise for.....
