Islamabad, Jul 6: Jamat-ud-Dawa chief and the mastermind behind the 2008 Mumbai terror attacks, Hafiz Saeed has been banned from travelling abroad from Pakistan, after Pak government barred 23 terror groups operating under new names being criminalized.
