Srinagar, Jun 28: Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah has urged Union Home Minister P Chidambaram to end the cycle of violence in the Kashmir valley which took place at Sopore after CRPF personnel fired rubber bullets on a stone-pelting mob, killing a 20-year-old youth Bilal Ahmed Wani.
Because of increasing violence in the Kashmir Valley over the death of youths in police firing in Sopore area forced Abudullah to have a telephonic conversation with Chidambaram on Sunday Jun 27.
Chidambaram is likely to visit the Kashmir Valley in a day or two in order to have a look over victims of police action in the Kashmir Valley.
