Mumbai: Airport, mall, rly station on terror radar

Mumbai, Apr 20: On receiving an alert on a suspected terror plot targeting the airport, the Mumbai police has stepped up security at the Chhatrapati Shivaji International airport.

The alert was issued by the Bureau of Civil Aviation Security (BCAS) warning of a possible terror attack at the Mumbai international airport.

BCAS reportedly sent out the advisory after receiving a tip-off from Delhi Police on a 'suspected terror attack' on Apr 22.

Besides the airport, the Delhi police also mentioned few other installations, reveal sources.

Santa Cruz railway station and a shopping mall in Lokhandwala are among those locations which are reportedly on the terror radar.

'India sought only 3 suspects, not 20'

Islamabad, Dec 5: Pakistan Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani's Adviser on Interior Affairs, Rehman Malik, has that India has only sought 3 terrorist suspects and not 20 as has been reported by the media.He also said that the list submitted by the Indian Government does not include the name of Hafiz Muhammad Saeed, the head of the Lashkar-e-Toiba, which is being accused of masterminding last week's Mumbai terror attacks  that claimed nearly 200 lives and caused injuries to nearly.....
