Pune blast CCTV footage shows 2 suspects: Report
Pune/ New Delhi, Feb 15: The CCTV footage showing the activity in the frontal area of the German Bakery, which was targeted in a terror attack on Saturday, Feb 13, has reportedly unearthed some 'vital clues'.

According to a report in CNN-IBN, the Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) from the hotel located opposite the German Bakery blast site has led the investigators to establish that two people were involved in the bomb blast.

Quoting sources, another media report says that the footage shows one of the suspects holding a bag while the other is talking on a cell phone.

After planting the bag of explosives in the Germany Bakery, located in the upmarket Koregaon area, the suspects are reportedly seen leaving in an auto rickshaw.

The investigators have captured the images of the two suspects from the footage and are reportedly talking to the eywitnesses to see if anyone can identify them.

The footage was obtained by the Maharashtra police on Sunday, Feb 14. Currently it is with the Anti-Terrorism Squad (ATS). NIA team from Delhi is also studying the footage.The bomb blast is suspected to have been planned and executed by members of Indian Mujahideen (IM). Pakistan-based JuD's involvement is also not ruled out.

Nine people were killed and over 60 were injured in the explosion on Saturday, Feb 13, sending shock waves across the country which is still trying to heal the scars of the 26/11 Mumbai terror attacks.
