PETA's racy version of 'State of the Union Undress'

New York, Jan 27 (ANI): PETA's third annual State of the Union 'Undress' saw the spokeswoman strip down as she stated the animal rights groups' goals of 2010.

A voluptuous female slowly stripped down to her bare essentials as she stated PETA's goals to "turn Americans on" to a kinder way of living and urges Americans to "take matters into their own hands" with a healthy vegan diet, reports the New York Daily News.

The PETA "Undress" promises to "show people as much as they need to see in order for them to stand at attention."

Meanwhile, PETA has honoured 'Avatar' director James Cameron with a Proggy Award for Outstanding Feature Film.

It aims to acknowledge the portrayal of the aliens and "the inspiring message in his blockbuster."

"Viewers will recognise how the plight of Avatar"s catlike Na"vi people, who are faced with being driven off their land by a greedy corporation, closely echoes the real-life plight of animals on earth, many of whom continue to be torn away from their homes and families and locked up in cages in zoos, circuses, and laboratories," said PETA spokeswoman.
