Melbourne, Jan 27 (ANI): Former Qantas stewardess Lisa Robertson is facing assault charges over alleged violent altercation with cops.
The 41-year-old Robertson, infamous for her 2007 toilet tryst with Brit actor Ralph Fiennes, is now claiming to be a victim of family violence.
Her lawyer Sue Macgregor told Melbourne Magistrates' Court that after an incident at a flat in City Rd, Southbank police came in to remove her from the premises.
"Her behaviour was not perfect when she was removed from the premises," Herald Sun quoted Macgregor, as saying.
Explaining the incident to magistrate Jelena Popovic, Macgregor said "it's complicated".
Macgregor added that Robertson, who is now in custody, had nowhere to live and was depending on the Salvation Army for accommodation.
Robertson was later given a good behaviour bond by the court. (ANI)
