PMO apologises for Ex-PAF chief's image in Govt ad
New Delhi, Jan 24: In a huge embarrassment, a Government ad on female foeticide in a leading daily has a picture of former Pakistani Air Chief Marshall Tanwir Mohd Ahmed.

The advertisement appeared on Sunday, Jan 24 on the occasion of 'National Girl Child Day.'

Ex- PAF chief, Tanvir Mahmood Ahmed's photograph appears in the advertisement along with Manmohan Singh, Sonia Gandhi, Minister of State for Women and Child Development Krishna Tirath, and cricketers Kapil Dev and Virender Sehwag.

The Prime Minister's Office issued a statement and said it apologises for the inclusion of photograph of a "foreign national" in the government advertisement on girl child.

The PMO has also ordered an internal inquiry into the lapse.

The advertisement was released by Krishna Tirath's ministry and prepared by government agency, the DAVP.

Well, I am 100% sure that Pakistan ISI is behind this. I have no doubt at all!!! Talk to Pakistan govt. to stop such terrorist activities in India.
