Molik on mission to defeat Henin

Brisbane (Australia), Dec. 31 (ANI): Australian tennis player Alicia Molik says every Brisbane International female player is "dreading" drawing comeback star Justine Henin in the first round.

Molik has eight tournaments under her belt and former world No.1 Henin only two exhibition matches before they take their wildcards for a spin in next week's Tennyson event, the Courier Mail reports.

Molik made seven straight finals of Tennis Australia's Pro Tour events in Darwin, South Australia and Western Australia from mid-September, winning three titles and reached No.198 in the world rankings.

"I'm even excited to go outside and watch Justine practice. It's fantastic for women's sport and brilliant for this tournament in Brisbane," said Molik, who has a goal to play enough tournaments to crack the top 100 by the end of April.

"Every player in the draw will be dreading they could play Justine in the first round. She is the ltimate professional and will have prepared perfectly for this event. (ANI)

Manned space mission not sanctioned yet: Minister

New Delhi, May 9: The government has not yet given sanction to the proposed manned space mission which will cost Rs 9,500 crore in the next eight years. Replying to a supplementary during the Question Hour in the Lok Sabha, Minister of State in the PMO, Prithivraj Chavan, said Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) had put up a proposal to send a manned mission into the space in the next eight years but the government.....
