New Delhi, Dec 24: Son of BSP MLA who was arrested in connection with the Mocha bar firing case will be produced before the court on Thursday, Dec 24.
Vivek Singh, son of BSP MLA Chander Bir Singh, open fired from his licensed a .32 bore Smith & Wesson revolver, in a upmarket Delhi coffee shop called Mocha Bar on Wednesday, Dec 23 following an argument with the owner.
He fled from the scene but later surrendered late Wednesday night, Dec 23.
"We are bringing Vivek Singh to the Patiala House court complex where he would be produced before a judge," said a police officer.
Singh has been charged with attempt to murder.
