Mumbai, Dec 21: Ajmal Kasab, the main accused in the 26/11 Mumbai terror attacks case, continues to deny all charges levelled against him.
According to the latest media reports, Kasab told the trail court on Monday, Dec 21, that the Mumbai police inflicted injuries on him in the custody after putting him under the influence of anesthesia.
The lone surviving terrorist of 26/11 retitariated that he was never present at the Chhatrapthi Shivaji Terminus (CST) or at the Cama Hospital during the Nov 2008 attacks.
Besides this, Kasab said that he was not in the Skoda car and that Abu Ismail was not his associate.
Kasab, who faces charges based on accounts of over 600 witnesses and other incriminating facts, also reportedly denied killing police officers Hemant Karkare, Ashok Kamte and Vijay Salaskar.
Kasab's shocking testimonial denying the 26/11 charges started on Friday, Dec 18, days after the prosecution had finished placing its argument.
In the sudden flip flop, Kasab told the court that he came to India 20 days before the Mumbai terror attacks to watch movies. He said that he came to India with a valid passport and visa by Samjhauta express.
He also said that the Pakistan-born American terror suspect David Headley was among 4 FBI agents who questioned him.
