Replying to the issue raised by Opposition leaders in the Legislative Council, Chavan said, "The copy given to me by the Opposition has no relation with the four copies we have. No photo copy of the original report went out."

"We will still check the copy given by Opposition with the original report and I have given it to the Home Minister for verification," Chavan said.

Chavan further said that the Centre has tabled important points of report and a detailed discussion was also held on it.

Leader of Opposition in the Council, Pandurang Phundkar moved an adjournment motion and demanded discussion on the "leakage" of the report.

Chairman of the House Shivajirao Deshmukh rejected the adjournment motion by the Opposition after the Chief Minister's clarification.
