'Guj HC rape case hearing on Youtube'
Ahmedabad, Dec 3: A rape case hearing at the Gujarat high court has reportedly made its way to Youtube, indicating a major breach of security at the court which prohibits photography or videography in the court's premises.

According to a report in DNA, someone has managed to sneak in a camera and shoot hearing of a rape case inside a Gujarat high court chamber.

The video clips have been uploaded on the popular the video-sharing site Youtube in three parts, titled 'How Gujarat high court works'.

The incident has come to the attention of the High Court. And the court's information technology department has referred the matter to the acting Gujarat chief justice, the report published on Thursday, Dec 3 said.

"The information technology department has submitted the papers before the acting chief justice for further action," PP Bhatt, the registrar-general of the Gujarat high court has been quoted as saying.

Jammu, Oct 18: The police today arrested a youth for raping his five-year old cousin in Reasi district of Jammu and Kashmir. Kakinada, Jan 4: Police have launched a hunt for Avula Daveedu (19) who allegedly raped a minor tribal girl (12) while she was grazing cattle near a choultry on the outskirts of Jaggampet village in East Godavari District. “My comment on High Court Judge is a legitimate opinion which I am entitled to express…I would like to clarify that financial corruption is by no means the only kind of corruption prevalent in the judiciary, and whenever I use the word ‘corruption’ in relation to the judiciary, it is not used in the narrow sense of financial corruption by way of taking direct bribes, but in a more general sense of anything which corrupts or influences by extraneous considerations, the judicial process.”

Sorry this video is not breach of law, but it to proove poor quality of the Judge, who not look after the Human right and truth. Order and the video it prooves that conduct of the matter in the court room not on proper way. This video should be accepted as the petition and action should be taken against the all people involved in this matter.
