Musharaff joins Facebook to connect to Pak youths
Islamabad, Nov 24: Former Pakistan president general Pervez Musharaff has found a way to the youth's heart and its none other than the social networking site Facebook.

Musharaff is said to have 27,000 fans following within a span of a month and has recently posted a video message in which he explains to viewers his reason for joining the site and the need to expand the community so that he can remain connected to more youths.

"The youth is extremely concerned, I may even say extremely disturbed about what is happening in Pakistan, what has happened in Pakistan in the past, and why it has happened that way and also what is the future of Pakistan," he said in his video message.

In his personal information section, Musharaff wrote that after his retirement he was keeping himself busy with global lecture series and was enjoying every moment of it.

"After many years of a regimented daily routine, I am able to spend quality time with my family. I also find time to play golf, tennis and bridge."

Going by the numbers of followers, Musharaff seems to have succeeded in his attempt as the youths are said to be flooding  Musharaff's page with comments.
