Facebook costs a woman her health insurance
Canada, Nov 23: Her smiling pictures on social networking site facebook costs a 29-year old Canadian woman her medical insurance.

Nathalie Blanchard, employee of IT giant IBM went on 18 months medical owing to severe depression. She received monthly health benefits her insurance company, Manulife.

However the company stopped her health benefits on the grounds that her photographs on facebook showed that she was having a good time, despite being on sick leave.

Taking Blanchard pictures of Facebook as evidence, especially pictures of her birthday party in Chippendales bar, the agent of the insurance company said that the Blanchard is no longer in depression.

Blanchard said that when she asked the insurance company the reason for blocking her health insurance, she was told that she was available to work because of Facebook.

Canada says will clamp down on foreign strippers
