Iranian consulate official shot dead in Pakistan
Peshawar, Nov 12: Gunmen have killed a Pakistani working at the Iranian Consulate in the northwestern city of Peshawar on Thursday, Nov 12, police said.

According to senior police official Nisar Marwat, gunmen targeted Abu Al-Hasan Jaffry, director of public relations and protocol at the consulate in Peshawar, as he left for the office in his car.

Marwat said, he died on the way to hospital. The motive of the killing was not immediately clear.
