Washington, Nov 10 (ANI): Levi Johnston has made up his mind to go to court to claim the legal joint custody of his son with former fiancée Bristol Palin.
The 19-year-old Johnston has earlier accused the Palin family of not allowing him to meet his 10-month-old son Tripp alone.
"Not working. I'm done...It's going to have to go to court. They just finally pushed me over the edge," Johnston was quoted by Us mag, as telling The Insider.
Johnston's feud with the Palin family grew uglier in October when he said on CBS's The Early Show that Sarah Palin called her infant son Trig - who has Down syndrome - "retarded."
Palin retorted saying: "We, like many, are appalled at the inflammatory statements being made or implied. Trig is our 'blessed little angel' who knows it and is lovingly called that every day of his life."
She also blasted Johnston for stripping for Playgirl: "Those who would sell their body for money reflect a desperate need for attention and are likely to say and do anything for even more attention." (ANI)
