Iran refuses uranium export
Tehran, Nov 7: Alaeddin Borujerdi, head of parliament's security and foreign policy said on Saturday, Nov 7, that Iran does not want to export its enriched Uranium to other countries.

"We do not want to give part of our 1,200 kilos of enriched uranium in order to receive fuel of 20 per cent enrichment," he said in a news agency.

Adding that there is no possibility of further negotiation on the export, Borujerdi said that Iran Will now concentrate on procuring fuel and solutions regarding the plan is being negotiated by ambassador Ali Asghar Soltanieh.

Iran's refusal to part with its enriched uranium came after International Atomic Energy Agency chief Mohammed ElBaradei appealed to Iran to act swiftly to the offer given by US, France and Russia to process enriched uranium aboard.
