Maha stalls decision on 26/11 culprits' bodies
Mumbai, Nov 6: Terming it to be subjudice, Maharastra government has washed its hands off over the decision to dispose the bodies of nine Pakistan-based LeT terrorists killed in 26/11 attacks.

While the Additional Chief Secretary (Home) Chandra Iyengar refuses to take any decision calling the matter to be subjudice, a senior official said that decision over the body should not be taken as it might be needed as an evidence in the ongoing 26/11 trial.

Disputes over the disposal has been going on ever since the body has been lying in JJ hospital after the Muslim organisations in India disallowed the performance of their last rites in cemeteries.

Pakistan too has refused to accept the bodies despite the statement by Maharastra Home Minister  that Pakistan had agreed to accept four of the nine bodies.

Mobile Magic to open 4 stores in Bangalore
