Speaking at a conference on Assessment of External and Internal Security Situation, here, General Kapoor said, India has time and again let free the perpetrators of terror attacks but now it should adopt zero tolerance towards such people.India has allowed people to get away after Parliament attack, the Delhi blasts, and finally the 26/11 incident. The time for all of us has come to say, no more," he added.

Stressing on the need for a strong and technologically advanced security system in the country, General Kapoor said, "India cannot afford to witness a repeat of 26/11.
