Arrest if proven maoists links: Mamata
Editor's pick
Nandigram, Nov 4: Trinamool Congress leader Mamata Banerjee challenged the CPI(M) government in a meeting at Sonachura on Tuesday, Nov 3, to arrest her if the accusing party can prove Trinamool Congress' Moaists connection.

Reacting to the accusation leveled against her party, Mamata said,"I challenge the government to arrest me if I have any links with the Maoists," adding that its not the Trinamool Congress but the people who will throw the government out through democratic means.

Earlier Mamata had charged that CPI(M) and Moaists are two sides of the same coin.
