JeU Hind issues fatwa against Vande Mataram

Deoband(UP), Nov 3: Jamiat-e-ulema Hind (JEU) has passed a fatwa against the national song, citing that some verses in the song is against the tenets of Islam.

The decision was taken in Deoband National convention meet held on Tuesday, Nov 3 in which the JEU leaders and the organisers of the event urged Muslims not to sing ' Vande Mataram'.

The issue of Fatwa also found a strong support from Rajya Sabha MP Mahmood Madani who is reported to have objection to some of the lines in the patriotic song.

The meeting which was covened as part of the ongoing meeting between Muslim Scholars of different schools to discuss the exclusiveness of Islam and terror of Jihad turned into a debate between a section of scholars on whether or not a fatwa has to issued on the patriotic song.

Is there any country that has had peace accommodating Islam other than Muslim countries? If there is something is wrong with Islam, what is it? This country has bore a lot ever since Arabians invaded and moguls started ruling. They were literally persecutors. Hindus were deprived of their rights under Islam rule. Hindus even had to pay taxes only because they hesitated to convert. None these are taught in Schools or Universities because it hurts minorities! (Just another instance of Pseudo secularism) And still they continue to be zealots! This country has a great heritage of 8000 years which is based on Hindu culture. When you are part of a country you should oblige to accept the culture of that country. An incomprehensible thing is - these people have found ‘considering nation as mother and worshipping it’ as satanic!! Dearest Muslim brothers, that has been the culture of this country for thousands of years. Nationalism is in the blood of Hindustanis and considering nation as mother is one of the greatest concepts . If I am a citizen of Britain, I have to adhere to British culture while preserving my cultural peculiarities. I can’t say that I’ll chant ‘Vishnu Sahasra Nama’ instead of British National anthem!! And where is the concept of tolerance and secularism these minorities uphold (only!) when they are attacked? You cannot accept other religions, other sects, other ethnics, other cultures – But others have to accept you! You are reiterating that there is no room for tolerance in your religion. REFORM THOSE OBSOLETE SCRIPTURES WRITTEN AGAINST THE BARBARIANS LIVED IN THE PLACEs WHERE YOUR RELIGION FORMED – This is Hindustan and here we possess great culture and heritage.

If the scholars don't like let them go back to Afgan, Pak or any Arab country where they originally came from. They are not needed here. First they should be Indian then only they are who they are..
