'Jaipur Inferno' rages for 5th day, toll up to 11

Jaipur Inferno: IOC Fire
Jaipur, Nov 2: With an injured man succumbing to his burn injuries at the SMS hospital on Sunday, Nov 1 night, the death toll of the Jaipur Indian Oil Corporation (IOC) fire mounts to 11.

On Sunday, Nov 1 two dead bodies were recovered from the fuel depot located in the Sitapura industrial site and the death toll was at 10.

The colleges and schools in the surrounding are continue to be closed and are expected to re open on Tuesday, Nov 3.

The intensity of the 'Jaipur Inferno' which started on Thursday, Oct 29 is coming down, say media reports.

Experts say that the fire which started off over 72 hours ago may take another 24 hours before it dies out.
