ESPN caught in 'sexcapade web'

London, November 01 (ANI): After David Letterman, sports channel ESPN is making headlines following allegations of illicit sexcapades in the company.

Recently, top baseball analyst Steve Phillips got fired from the organization over an alleged affair with a 22-year-old production assistant Brooke Hundley.

And now A J Daulerio, an editor of a US sports blog, has claimed that illicit office affairs are rampant at all hierarchal levels in the company.

Daulerio, who works with Deadspin.com, owned by the Gawker media empire, has alleged that the PR's of the sports channel bluffed him to prevent his website from revealing discomforting details of Philips' fling.

"It's probably about time to just unload the in-box of all the sordid rumours we've received over the years about various ESPN employees," the Independent quoted him as saying.

He further claimed that there are at least "around 20 more" illicit affairs in the company that can get exposed in the future.

He said: "ESPN has had a problem for some time. It's an open secret."

Famous talk show host Letterman recently came under fire after he admitted to sexual liaisons with his office staff. (ANI)
