Lahore, Oct 30: US Secretary of State created quite a stir as she expressed disbelief over Pakistan's ignorance of Al-Qaeda's whereabout.

"I find it hard to believe that nobody in your government knows where they are.. as far as we know they are in Pakistan," said Clinton in a meeting attended by US Special Representative for Pakistan and Afghanistan,Richard Holbrooke, US Ambassador to Pakistan, Anne W. Peterson, and Director General of Inter Service of Intelligence (ISI) Lieutenant General Ahmad Shuja Pasha.

Emphasising the need to have a proper plan to tackle terrorism, considering its large population, Clinton said,"You do have 180 million people, with a projection of 300 million.I don"t know what you"re going to do with that kind of challenge, unless you start planning right now."

Clinton's three day visit to Pakistan included a meeting with the Army Staff General Ashfaq Pervez Kayani at the General Headquarters (GHQ) in Rawalpindi in which several security issues like Pak-US Strategic issues,and military offensive against Taliban were discussed.

Her first day visit to Pakistan was marked with a car bomb in Peshawar Bazaar in which 105 people was killed.

Panaji, Dec 7: A cabinet note circulated to the ministers in Panaji on Saturday, Dec 6 warns that international terror network al-Qaeda may target some of the tourist hotspots in Goa.
