New Delhi, Oct 29: Reacting to Pakistan's allegation that India was funding Taliban, External Affairs Minister, SM Krishna called it 'the most ridiculous statement' he has ever heard.

"We deal such irrational statement through diplomatic channels", said Krishna.

Pakistan Interior Minister, Rehman Malik had accused that India was funding Taliban to create havoc in Pakistan, adding that India was also instigating Pakistan's troubles in Balochistan.

Speaking further on the allegation ,Krishna said that India considers Taliban as a dreaded terror outfit and asked Islamabad to act against terror group like Lashkar-e-Toiba and Jamaat Ud Dawa, which only changes names but breeds terror.

Taliban is behind the series of attacks that have rocked Pakisatn in the past weeks in retaliation to Pakistan military operation. The most recent car bomb attack in Peshawar Bazaar on Oct 27 claimed 100 lives.

India-Pakistan talks over air links begin

Islamabad, Feb 14: India and Pakistan on Thursday began the fresh round of talks over the air links between the two countries. The Indian delegation, including officials from the Indian Defence Ministry, the Civil Aviation Ministry and other concerned officials, arrived here in accordance with the scheduled program. From Pakistani side, senior officials from the Pakistani Defence Ministry and Civil Aviation Administration and other top officials are participating in the talks. Both the countries are likely to mull over the agreement.....
