Dan Brown says he would jump on a plane if invited to meet the Pope

London, October 25 (ANI): Author Dan Brown has said that he has no problems meeting the Pope, even though he has been hugely criticized by the Vatican for his controversial works.

The writer added that if he was invited to Rome he would "jump on a plane. Certainly there are many things we would not agree on, but that does not matter", Times Online reports.

La Repubblica reports that he insisted the meeting would be impolite and would only "embarrass" the pontiff.

Brown's 'The Da Vinci Code,' was condemned as blasphemous by the Vatican, as it suggested that Jesus and Mary Magdalene had children.

Meanwhile, Brown marked the publication of his latest novel, The Lost Symbol, in Italy. (ANI)

Kohima, Dec 02: Crisis deepened in the ruling Democratic Alliance of Nagaland (DAN) after resignation of Minister Kheto Kinimi and Parliamentary Secretary Kihoto Hollohon last evening, official sources today said.
