Washington, Oct 9: NASA landed two spacecrafts at a crater near the lunar south pole of the moon's surface to find hidden ice.

NASA scientists said that frozen water may be present in the moon's craters for billions of years as lack of sunlight protects any ice from evaporation into the thin lunar atmosphere.
